A minimum 3-night stay is required.

Rates below are based on 2 people occupying the apartment with an extra per person per night charge applicable. A total maximum of 5 people may occupy the apartment. Only the number of persons included on the form may stay in the apartment overnight.

Green season
01 November – 31 May
$120 per night

High season
01 June – 31 October
$165 per night

Payment and Cancellation details

A deposit of AUD200 is required to secure a booking if booked more than 21 days before arrival, with the balance to be paid at least 21 days prior to arrival. If arriving within 21 days the full amount is required.

Please note amounts paid are non-refundable nor is there any refund for early departures. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

International guests should pay via PayPal. Australian residents can choose to pay by PayPal, or we can provide bank account details for an EFT. Please inquire directly.

If you require the use of a telephone in the apartment, normal Australian residential rates apply, an additional AUD100 is required as a phone guarantee, to be refunded, depending upon usage, following your stay.
